European Editing Masterclass

About the programme

European Editing Masterclass is an international learning programme in which film editing students work in mixed teams with mentors from partner schools. Practical assignments and joint reflection bring together different European editing traditions and ways of working.

The programme takes the form of an annual week-long masterclass, hosted in turn by the partner institutions. It brings together up to 20 students and four teachers. A public presentation of student work and methods concludes each edition, followed by an evaluation that informs the next one.
